DOP - Martin Roach
Martin has worked all over the world across multiple genres including Documentary, Advertising, Fashion, Reality and Music; in both Film and Television, involving big brands and high profile companies & talent, as well as independent and emerging artists
His aim has always been to add high quality and production value to a project. Combining creative and technical expertise means he always advises on using the right tools and toys for the job. Whether the requirements call for highly stylized lighting and slick motion or a more organic capturing of crucial action hand held - then his shooting skills can always accommodate the style and feel you are looking for . Prior to specializing as lighting cameraman, he earned his badges working through the ranks as a successful focus puller & clapper loader. His experience in post production ensures he generate footage which give editors choice in their cut. He likes to think when ‘unpredicted‘ shooting scenarios arise; directors can depend on his trouble shooting skills to help them still get first class results.
He always deliver to the best of his creative and technical ability, be it a large lighting set-up, green screen or a smaller shooting party out on location.

Director - James Yeomans
Recognised for his clean aesthetic, James worked as Art Director at Point Blank / Exposure, writing and conceptualising digital campaigns for few years, before cutting his teeth on shooting and directing BTS Fashion videos for Vogue in Milan, Paris and New York. It was here that he mastered the art of capturing interesting shots in unplanned and frantic environments.
Playing in band for over ten years, he took his love of music and turned it into directing music videos. No stranger to recording and making music, he landed the gig as tour videographer for Kasabian, where he got to travel the world documenting the band. On his return he went on to film Damon Albarn’s solo record recording process and shot album teasers for Liam Gallagher.
This was followed by directing a string of fashion spots for Bally, Dunhill Top Shop, Bench, Ben Sherman, Swatch, Lacoste, Puma and Levi’s and content for magazines Dazed & Confused, Wallpaper, AnOther Magazine and Instyle, as well as directing branded content for Inov8, Gore, Aston Martin, Audi, Stella Artois, L’Oreal, Cadbury’s, Umbro, Sony and Debeers.
Camera Operator - Tom Gass
Tom has done a lot for a 24 year old. Starting from being a runner on live music and fashion pieces he has developed skills in all aspects of filming and also having worked on a whole range of cameras.
Toms skills range from camera assisting, camera operating, editing, vision mixing and even camera supervising a gig in Columbia. He has camera assisted on commercials, cooperate jobs as well as music festivals. He has worked on over 50 live camera events like esports, festivals and gigs.
